Our Projects and Services fall within the following categories:
We publish articles/commentaries on issues surrounding human rights, social justice, and the importance of participation in political processes. (Francais and English).
We work collaboratively with organizations, schools, etc concerned with issues in Guinea, and provide knowledgeable culturally realistic, language appropriate, consultations which includes grassroots perspectives.
We communicate information through a variety of media to persons interested in increasing their understanding of, and participation in, the dessemination of human rights, social justice, and political process information to Guinea, West Africa.
We host workshops, seminars, celebrations, debates, and other presentations on human rights, culture, and related issues in West Africa.
We maintain data/information on the impact of our approach to increasing awareness and participation in political processes on the changes in human rights as reported by Guineans in West Africa and abroad.
We assist in the development of Black History programs so as to include Guinean cultures and people.
We host meetings and networking events to increase the flow of information regarding issues, opportunities, and cultures, in Guinea, West Africa.
We host meetings with Guineans living abroad to increase flow of human rights information between communities abroad, with families remaining in Guinea.
We create networks and collaborations with other groups concerned with issues of poverty, hunger, education, gender equality, the empowerment of women, child mortality reduction, maternal health, development of partnerships for development, and/or environmental sustainability in Guinea, West Africa.
We are work in cooperation with other Non Government Organizations (NGO’s) working on issues pertaining to Guinea, West Africa.
We host forums to promote the participation of African women in local and national debates on human rights.
We seek sponsors and collaborators to provide computer and computer access to Guinean students and concerned youth in West Africa, and abroad, to increase the networked flow of human rights information.
